Order

Registration in our online store is optional. You can place an order without registering, after you read and accept the store regulations. In the event of registration, you must complete and accept the registration form on the website. Expressing consent to the content of the regulations and providing personal data marked as mandatory is a condition for registering a customer account.

Ordering step by step:

1.Once you have selected an item and the number of items, click ""Add to Cart"" to add the item to your order.
2.If the product has such an option, select the size, color in the configurator and optionally you can add additional options.
3.After personalizing the product, click ""Go to Cart"".
4.Choose the payment method for the order. Then, click the button: Shipping details.
5. Complete your contact details, if you want to receive an invoice for the company, enter the company details.
6. Accept the regulations and click ""Continue"".
7.Check if there is any error in the summary of your order and address details, then click the ""Order and pay"" button.
8. Make the payment via the website of the online payment agent or pay by traditional transfer.
9. From now on, you will receive an e-mail on the status of your order.

 

Packing shipments

In order for your shipment to arrive safely, we attach great importance to how the products are packed. If, nevertheless, the parcel arrives damaged, write down the complaint protocol in the presence of the courier. Complaints should be submitted via the Form available on the website.

 

Delivery time of the ordered products

The time of preparing the order for shipment is given in the card of each product and is given in working days, while the time of transport by courier delivery usually takes about 24 hours from the moment of sending the package. For large-size shipments, such as beds or furniture, the packages are shipped on a pallet. If we are unable to process your order within the time limit specified in the product card, we will notify you as soon as possible. We make every effort to ensure that the order reaches you as soon as possible.

 

Payment for the order

You can pay for an order in our store in several ways: ordinary bank transfer, credit card or quick online payments, such as ApplePay or PayPal. The shipment should be paid at the time of placing the order in the quick payment system or pay within 3 days by traditional transfer. Remember that orders that are not unpaid within 3 days are automatically canceled.

 

Product returns

You can return the product in accordance with the store regulations. You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To return a parcel, complete the order return form and send it back together with the items returned. The products should not bear any signs of use and should have all factory labels and markings. By clicking on the link you will be taken to the Return Form.

The money for the order will be refunded to you by the same payment method as the payment was made, as soon as the parcels reach the address of our warehouse.

 

Filing a complaint

We make every effort to ensure that our products meet the expectations of our customers. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or does not work properly, you can make a complaint within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods and you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to the warehouse.
