In the case of shipments on pallets, the courier contacts the Recipient prior to delivery to arrange the delivery date. Couriers have trucks for transporting pallets from the car, which deliver "to the curb". The courier is not obliged to bring the goods to the apartment. Therefore, in the case of delivery of bulky goods, i.e. sofas, corners, wardrobes, etc. It is necessary to arrange help to bring an order to the apartment.
